American Falls Town Hall

Idaho lawmakers recently passed a $50 million program that uses tax dollars to fund private school tuition. Some lawmakers want to see the program expanded to $339 million a year, amounting to over $3 billion in taxpayer funds over the next decade.

Join Save Our Schools Idaho for a Town Hall discussion on Monday, July 7 at 6:30 p.m. in the Power County Senior Center about the harms of expanding this program.

The event will be moderated by Soñia Galaviz, Idaho State Representative. Panelists will include Randy Jensen, Superintendent, American Falls School District, Heather Williams, Director, Idaho Rural Schools Association and Brady Garner, Assistant Superintendent & Special Ed/Federal Program Director for the Preston Joint School District.

Attendees can submit questions for our panelists ahead of time or at the event. This event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP to let us know you can make it.

The location of this event has been moved. The event will be held at the Power County Senior Center.
